Methods of Payment:

Credit Card Orders - SpeedFeenz Cycles currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank debits through Paypal. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address and other relevant information as it is on file with the issuing bank of your credit card.

Our Check Policy - We currently accept Money order/Cashiers check. Once the check or money order is received and verified, items will be shipped with 1 business day.

Limitation of Liability:

We do not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liabilitiy for injuries caused by the use of products sold by SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC, BNM GROUP LLC or its affiliates. We will not be liable for injury, lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. In no event shall SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC, BNM GROUP LLC, its DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, and REPRESENTATIVES be liable for special, indirect , consequential, legal, or punitive damages related to products sold. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC arising from any product sold on the SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC or BNM GROUP LLC sites or otherwise, shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstance will SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC, BNM GROUP LLC or its employees be liable for any violation of the law in relation to products sold. SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC nor BNM GROUP LLC are responsible for typos or misprints of product names, descriptions, images, or other product related information. If you feel there are discrepancies in the product names, descriptions, images, or other product related information please call and/or visit the manufacturers website.

Product Warranty:

Warranties, if any, for products we sell are provided and serviced by the manufacturer of that particular product and/or SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC. Neither SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES LLC or the manufacturer is responsible for shipping costs of items requiring warranty service. ALL WARRANTY, REPAIR OR FAULTY EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES FOR THE ITEM IN QUESTION. Each manufacturers' specific warranty policy is stated with your package. Please contact the manufacturer directly for defects or warranty questions.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:

• Free Ground Shipping offer is limited to the lower 48 continental US states only.
• Free Ground Shipping offer can expire at any time without notice.
• Product(s), excluding shipping and oversize fees, must total $99.00 or more to receive promotional shipping offer.
• Additional fees may apply to oversized products.
• Qualifying orders may be consolidated to one shipment.
• Delivery times may vary.  Orders are processed and delivered during business days (Monday - Friday) and are not guaranteed to be delivered by a specific date or time.

Rebates, Coupons, and Promotions:

Promotional offers may not be combined with any other promotions. Promotional offers are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Discounts may be applied to the order subtotal prior to any taxes, fees, surcharges, shipping charges, etc. Some promotions will require addition actions from customers where rebate or cash back will be sent upon completion of action. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any/all promotional offers at any time. All closeout items are "while supplies last" and subject to remaining in-house and manufacturers stock. Delivery Times:

Upon approval, orders received for in-stock items should ship in 48hrs during normal business hours M-F. Backorder items typically ship within 3-5 business days upon our receipt of the items, depending on supplier availability. In-transit times depend on the destination of the package.

Average delivery times are as followed:

-Southeastern US - 1-3 days
-Northeast US - 2-4 days
-Midwest US- 3-4 days
-Western US - 5-7 days

Please note that if / when you receive your UPS/FedEx/USPS tracking number, it may take 24-48 hours for the information to be scanned into there system and become active via there website.

Order Tracking:

Order Receipt Confirmation by e-mail - This may be the only e-mail you receive concerning your order. When you submit an order, the information that you entered will be sent back to you to confirm that the information is correct. For security reasons, your credit card information is not included in this e-mail. If we are not able to ship your order, you will be notified of this by e-mail. Note: All fuel for gas products must be shipped using ground service.

Returns Process:

SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES, LLC will only accept returns or provide refunds for unopened and new items purchased on this site. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all applicable Return Shipping Charges. We charge a flat fee of $12 on most motorcycle apparel exchanges. Returns are usually assessed a flat fee of $16 but, we reserve the right to assess the standard restocking fee rate of 20%. All Returns must meet the below criteria.

Conditions for Return:

1. All product returns must be in their ORIGINAL NEW UNUSED CONDITION. Original/Unused condition means that you cannot mount or run fuel through parts, install parts in or on to bikes, wear apparel except for the purpose of trying on for form fit and function or discard the packing material.

2. ALL items associated with a product must be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed material (manuals, instructions leaflets, etc.).

3. You must include a copy of the packing slip received with your order.

4. NO RETURNS will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

If the above conditions are meet, to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
1. First, e-mail us and we will issue a Return Authorization Number (or RAN) for your return.
2. Please write your authorization number on the outside of the box or package you are returning. Without a visible RMA number on the outside of the return box, the return process may be delayed.

Refunds:

1. After receiving your RAN number and returning your item, SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure that the conditions set forth above are met.
2. If the item(s) you are authorized to return do not meet the conditions set forth above, SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES may return the item(s) to you at your cost.
3. If all the conditions set forth above are met, SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus any applicable return fee. The refund will be issued by the same method you used for payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear on your credit card or returned from other form of payment.
4. SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES, LLC will not issue a refund for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer.

Order Cancellations:

Refusing to accept the delivery of your SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES, LLC order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. The customer is still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you and a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds will may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be minus shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments:

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please contact us and/or refuse the delivery. DO NOT attempt to return the merchandise yourself as this may jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping carrier, and may effect the ability to receive credit for the return. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the shipping carrier and/or us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not discard any materials!

IMPORTANT: Before any carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, it's representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS! We recommend taking pictures of any damaged package received. This is always a good practice to verify condition upon arrival. Damaged claims take 3-4 weeks to process.

Fraud Protection Policy:

Fraud Protection/Credit Card Security - Here at SPEEDFEENZ CYCLES, LLC we have taken steps to deter fraudulent credit card use. Having an alternate shipping address is becoming common practice. If a shipping address is different from the card issuers billing address, we may contact you by phone to verify that you are indeed the card owner. We will make every attempt to reach you and clarify the situation, however, if we cannot reach you within 72 hours, the order will be deleted. CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS.
